Return & Exchange Policy


Because GelDefender® Skull Caps are personal products, hygiene issues are important and refunds of opened products will not be issued. However, if you were shipped a size other than the size you ordered, your unopened product may be returned if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon receipt of your return, a new GelDefender® product will be shipped to you.

The product’s size is clearly displayed on the outside of the package and is also visible on the top of the every skull cap, molded into the crown. Verify size before opening the product. If returning, please include a note indicating the size you originally requested.

If we made a shipping error, we will ship you the correct size and you will not be responsible for shipping costs for the replacement product.
